Thistle Health, a modern, tech-enabled food and nutrition brand that delivers fully-prepared, plant-forward meals to its customer’s doorsteps, has recently opened an east coast operation in Burlington, NJ, by leasing 75,000 square feet at 9 Campus Drive.  The location will serve as the company’s east coast headquarters.

Thistle plans to leverage the former Kraft Foods building, built to FDA and USDA guidelines.  The location includes 63,000 square feet of refrigeration and 29 refrigerated loading docks on two sides of the building, cook rooms, and significant floor drainage throughout the facility.  The building location (Exit 5 on the NJ Turnpike) provides excellent highway access and positions them around 75 miles from NYC and about 20 miles from Philadelphia.
