Resource Realty is pleased to announce two new SIOR members in the New Jersey Chapter, Greg Sabato and Brian Wilson, both brokers in the firm’s northern New Jersey office.

Greg, a senior vice president, has been in commercial real estate for more than 20 years and with Resource Realty since 2007. Greg has won a number of awards that demonstrate his extensive knowledge and capabilities, including the J.G. Petrucci All-Star Broker award and Tulfra Real Estate Broker of the Year award. Greg is pleased to add SIOR to his achievements, “The effort required to receive the SIOR designation is well worth the benefits of becoming a part of this group of highly motivated, ethical and experienced colleagues.”

Brian, a vice president, began his real estate career in 2005 and has been with Resource Realty for 13 years starting in 2007. He focuses largely on assisting industrial companies in meeting their space requirements. “Having the prestigious SIOR designation and access to some of the world’s brightest real estate professionals will allow me to better serve my national clients here in NJ, as well as outside of the area,” says Brian.

According to managing principal in the northern New Jersey office, Tom Consiglio, “Becoming an SIOR is an important milestone for a career professional in commercial real estate. We’re proud that 50% of our brokers have taken the considerable time required to achieve this designation and believe it demonstrates our desire to continually advance our knowledge, skills and relationships for the benefit of our clients.”

Resource Realty, founded in 1989, has three independently owned and operated offices located in northern, central, and southern New Jersey.
