Parsippany, NJ – RESOURCE REALTY of Northern New Jersey announced that Scott D. Peck, SIOR, senior vice president and Gregory J. Sabato, vice president, have completed several transactions in the Forge Way Business Center in Rockaway, NJ, and the Fox Hollow Business Center in Branchburg, NJ on behalf of the landlord, Normandy Real Estate Partners.

At the Forge Way Business Center, Scott and Greg teamed up to lease 24,000 square feet of flex space to MSP Digital Marketing of NJ, LLC, a digital printing company.  They also assisted Sodick, Inc. and Power Hawk Technologies with extending their leases for approximately 6,300 square feet and 5,800 square feet respectively.  Scott and Greg helped renegotiate a renewal lease with X10 USA, Inc. for over 18,000 square feet.  Additionally, Allard USA, Inc. has recently expanded their operations to over 20,000 SF.

Most recently, the team negotiated the extension of a lease for Blue Hill Data Service, Inc. for over 7,600 square feet in the Fox Hollow Business Center in Branchburg, NJ.  In the fourth quarter of 2010, they represented the landlord in a lease transaction with Noveda Technologies, Inc., who relocated their operations to over 9,600 square feet in the Fox Hollow Business Center.  Scott and Greg also represented the landlord in a lease with Fiber-Span, who relocated their corporate headquarters to 12,000 SF in the facility.
