Experience

Andy began his career in 1986 in the corporate real estate division of The Kislak Company in Woodbridge, NJ, where he was a vice president. He joined Resource Realty in 1993 as a principal.

Andy specializes in the leasing and sale of office, hi-tech, flex space, manufacturing, land, and warehousing properties, primarily in Central New Jersey. He is also involved in selling the same types of properties as leased investments. He maintains a metropolitan area client base of individual investors, institutions, and REITS looking for quality, income producing assets and properties for 1031 Exchanges. Andy also has experience in converting larger corporate and office properties into condominium ownership, including involvement in constructing master deeds and by-laws, partitioning common areas and elements, parking, utilities, and developing marketing plans for owners wishing to increase the value of their properties by this method.

Background

Andy attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he graduated (1981) with University Honors with a degree in Industrial Management.

Achievements

Andy has completed millions of square feet of corporate and industrial real estate sales and leases and is one of very few brokers who have specialized in Monmouth County, having sold numerous corporate and industrial properties in the 100,000 SF+ range, as well as leases.
